GREEN SALAD

Ingredients:(serving-4)
  1. 8 Brussel Sprouts
  2.  1cup bite size broccoli cuts
  3.  1/2cup cut Green Beans
  4.  1/2cup Frozen Peas
  5.  1/4cup Frozen Soybean seeds
  6.  2tbsp Chopped Green Onions
  7.  Few lemon zest
  8.  Black Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  9.  1tsp Lemon Juice
Directions:
  • Cut the brussel sprouts in four parts.
  • Steam the brcolli & brussel sprouts till tender.
  • Boil the water in a pan.Add some salt & add green beans.Cook half,add frozen peas and frozen soyabeans into green beans.Boil until tender & then drain excess water.
  • Mix all boiled & steamed greens in a mixing bowl.Pour lemon juice.Add lemon zest & chopped green onions.Seasoned with black salt & black papper.
  • Serve at room temperature.



CORN & BELL PEPPER SALAD

Ingredients:(serving-4)

  1. 1Green Bell Pepper   
  2.  1Cup Frozen Sweet Corn
  3.  3-4 Spring Onions
  4.  2tsp olive oil
  5.  Pinch of  Asafoetida 
  6. Salt to Taste
Directions:
  • Thinly slice bell pepper and cut 2-inches long spring onion.
  • In a wide pan heat 1tsp olive oil.Add pepper & onion in to the pan. sprinkle some salt on it.
  • cook them on high flame for 2-3 minutes without stiring.That will give pepper & onion a grilling taste.
  • Transfer them in a serving plate & make like well.
  • In the same pan,again heat 1tsp olive oil & add asafoetida.Now add frozen sweet corn & mix well to coat oil on it.Sprinkle some salt.Cook it on high flame & let it burn slightly for grilling taste.
  • Transfer corns in the bell pepper & spring onion well.
  • Serve hot.
