MIRCHI MASALEDAR




Ingredients:(serving-4)
  1. 10-12 Green chillies OR  4-6 Jalapeno Peppers
  2. Oil for deep frying
  3. 1/4tsp Cumin-coriander Powder
  4. 1/4tsp Black Salt
  5. 1/6tsp Garam Masala
  6. Pinch of Turmeric 
  7. Pinch of Asafoetida
Directions:
  • Wash Green chilli or Jalapenos & wipe dry.
  • Make a vertical slit on one side.If using Jalapenos,remove seeds.
  • Deep fry chillies in a hot oil.
  • Mix all five spices & add to fried chillies.
  • Serve as pickle. 

 APPLESAUCE CHUTNEY


Ingredients:(serving-4)
  1. 1cup Regular Applesauce
  2. 1tsp Tamicon Tamarind Concentrate
  3. 1tbsp Sugar
  4. 1/2tsp Salt
  5. 3/4tsp Red Chilli Powder
  6. 1/2tsp Garam Masala Powder
  7. 1/4tsp Ground Roasted Cumin 
Directions:
  • In a bowl add all the ingridance & mix until sugar desolved.
  • Serve with any kind of Pakoras or chats.
