MIRCHI MASALEDAR
Ingredients:(serving-4)
- 10-12 Green chillies OR 4-6 Jalapeno Peppers
- Oil for deep frying
- 1/4tsp Cumin-coriander Powder
- 1/4tsp Black Salt
- 1/6tsp Garam Masala
- Pinch of Turmeric
- Pinch of Asafoetida
Directions:
- Wash Green chilli or Jalapenos & wipe dry.
- Make a vertical slit on one side.If using Jalapenos,remove seeds.
- Deep fry chillies in a hot oil.
- Mix all five spices & add to fried chillies.
- Serve as pickle.
APPLESAUCE CHUTNEY
Ingredients:(serving-4)
- 1cup Regular Applesauce
- 1tsp Tamicon Tamarind Concentrate
- 1tbsp Sugar
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 3/4tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4tsp Ground Roasted Cumin
- In a bowl add all the ingridance & mix until sugar desolved.
- Serve with any kind of Pakoras or chats.
